1. Shipping Information

Shipping Information & Delivery Times for Your CLV.com Order

Once your online order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your order. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If at any time you would like an update on your order, you can contact our Customer Service team Monday through Friday from 9:00AM till 5:00PM EST by calling: (551) 257-1900. Shipping Rates & Times
  • All CLV.com orders ship with UPS. Free Ground shipping applies to orders over $200.00 or more within the Continental United States only, and does not apply to 3-day, 2nd Day, or Next Day.
  • Expedited shipping fees are determined by the merchandise total of your order, please see chart below.
  • Next Business Day shipping rates are determined by weight and zip code. 
  • Next Business Day shipping is not available in: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
  • Continental United States—shipping in the United States, your order will arrive within these delivery dates below based on your location and selected shipping method. Note: Business days are: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, military addresses & U.S. territories at this time.

Delivery Times

All orders of in-stock merchandise placed before 11:00AM EST will be shipped the same business day.*

Orders placed after 11:00AM EST will be shipped the following business day. You may contact our Customer Service team Monday through Friday, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST for further information or assistance by calling (551) 257-1900, by chatting us at clv.com, or by emailing customerservice@camillelavie.com.

*Business Days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Signature Required

All orders require a signature at time of delivery. If you are not available to sign for the package, UPS will make two more attempts to deliver. Please note: UPS will not leave the package.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy for Online Purchases

We request that you carefully select your online purchases:

  • All merchandise is final sale.
  • No refunds or returns are accepted. We will allow an exchange within 14 days of delivery for size as a one-time courtesy if stock is available.
  • Merchandise must have the original price and vendor tags, and must be in new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Sale merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that you may change your mind about the item selected. We will gladly cancel any order as long as it has not been processed and shipped. If your selection has been processed and shipped, the order will follow our Return and Exchange policy for online purchases stated above.

We pride ourselves on keeping sufficient stock, however, sell outs do occur. If you ordered an item that is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you via e-mail.

Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Purchases

All dresses and bridal merchandise are final sale.

We will accept returns/exchanges on all other merchandise within 30 days of purchase that meet the following conditions:

  • All merchandise must be in original condition.
  • All manufacturers size, style, and label tags, as well as price ticket, must be attached.
  • Merchandise that is stained, marked, altered, or has odors will not be accepted.
  • Original sales receipt must be presented.
  • After 30 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refunds will be issued in the method of original payment.
